Fraunhofer Institute IPK hosts a B2B conference, every 2 years. The targeted audience are: professionals from research, development, and management in manufacturing companies.

The goal of the conference is to help businesses by showcasing practical examples and solutions that they can implement to improve their competitiveness through digital and sustainable production methods. 


My role was to develop a cohesive visual language for all the digital and print assets based on the corporate brand identity, emphasizing clear visuals, strategic color use, and aligned typography. This was done in collaboration with the Press and Marketing team.

Focus on CI guidelines, Target audience, and market positioning

  • Brand Analysis: Collaborated with stakeholders to understand brand values, target audience, and market positioning.



  • Visual Language Development: Created a consistent visual system with a focus on clarity and professionalism. 



  • Typography: Frutiger LT was the font used, ensuring consistency across print and digital mediums.



  • Accent Color Strategy: Incorporated accent colors to highlight key elements, create visual hierarchy, and maintain brand cohesion across diverse touchpoints.

01 PTK Invitations

Digital and Print A5 Invitation Card

The invitations were sent out 10 months in advance. These were developed for both digital and print.

My process was to adapt the Invitation from 2023 and developing it to give it a landscape format and enhancing the graphic image further to establish a new visual for 2025.

02 Program Guide A5 - Digital and Print

Design System for Information clarity.

Information and Visual Hierarchy,
Wayfinding, Color-coding system

The Program Guide provides the guests with a detailed overview for the two day event.

It provides a clear information hierarchy and visual system that uses color-coding and structured layout to guide navigation, improve legibility and help users quickly locate even details such as sessions, venues, and speakers.

03 Printed Event Assets - Banner, Poster

The printed assets are developed reflecting the CI guidelines and the information hierarchy, visual hierarchy and color-coding system to ensure ease of navigation for the delegates.
